Delincuentes is not responsible for any lost or stolen items once items are shipped. Please contact us within 24 hours of the time you've place your order if changes need to be made.
You have 7 days to make a refund/return claim after receiving the item.
No refunds on items that are on sale.
A written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund.
Keep in mind clothing is recycled/ sustainable/ handmade at home, possible ink blots/ wear of clothing should be expected, although most pieces are in pristine condition. Will not be issuing refunds over these claims.
